A traditional flowing full body Massage. Soothing and relaxing. Swedish massage uses long gliding strokes, kneading and friction to relax the muscles and increase circulation and passive stretching to improve range of motion.
Pressure can be light or deeper as preferred.
Hot Stone Massage
A journey into deep relaxation. Warm oiled stones are held in the therapists palms and glide over achy muscles as in a Swedish Massage. Stones can also be settled into body contours which feels warming and soothing.

Deep Tissue Massage
Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscles. Ideal for after sport or recreational activities and targets areas of the body that need massage more specifically.
